-Chiyo Profile-
Name: [Classified Information]
Operative Name:
-September
-Loveless
-Young King
Age: 17
Gender: Manly Male of Masculine Femininity
Height: 178 Cm
Weight: 96 Kg

Organisation: Chiyo
Rank: Commander
Class: The Weapon Master [Level 4]
The Weapon Master:
The Weapon Master is a ninja who has spent all of his time mastering the use of a single weapon, to the point where he can use it almost as an extension of his own body. As time goes on, he can perform special actions through the use of his weapon, and even give it special attributes.

The weapon becomes a special, custom weapon which can have chakra channeled through it and has it's own jutsu slot. While there can be more than one jutsu available to the weapon, when a technique is added, the last one is discarded and must be re-purchased and re-applied to the weapon.

Elements:

  • - Lightning
  • - Earth

-The Story of Me-
Character Appearance:
Simply put; in plain and mundane language that the layman would use, is that Loveless is beautiful. This was not something put into play by his own design, but the genetics that conspired together throughout his conception. The two benefactors of his appearance are his Mother and Father, neither of whom he has met, but can infer enough from the two of them from his own visage.
Both of them have been admitted by many to be two fine, if not exemplary definitions of their genders. Despite them sharing a clan, it has worked out in his favour this time, unlike some of the more dangerous couplings that have occurred, such a pairing has gifted him with such features. Taking away his Father's aristocratic appearance and his Mother's gentle features, Kirin has retained the indefinite characteristic that is shared between them, a timeless quality to his appearance. The sort of face that will remain beautiful and awe inspiring no matter the age it is found at.
A pale, alabaster tone of pigmentation glitters across his skin, glinting and hinting at the direction the sunlight should take, the sort of coercion that a doll's membrane might also demonstrate. His hair appears to take a fixed configuration, lightly wrapping itself around the back of his neck as it travels down towards his nape. It generally appears that everything is well positioned and in place, in alignment and nicely shaped. So what is it that makes him appealing to the eye? Perhaps it his own pair of optics that finish off his appearance so nicely, a pair of orbs, the colouration of these can vary with lighting, but by and large, they are a pair of amber eyes.
His typical attire can vary upon the occasion, but he is most likely to be found in a rather colour coordinated outfit with a red overcoat that appears to have been rather carefully altered in various areas that allow for a more seamless transition between his underclothing. Which in this case, appear to be a black, inlaid with various designs. Unlike some of the other Chyio, September does not wear armour, at least of the heavier variety. As long as it is light and free, he is quite happy to wear it, and his current outfit is a long standing example thereof. He has allowed himself one guilty pleasure, and it is the use of Shinobi Fishnets, taken from their corpses and edited for his own use.

Special Characteristics:

  • The ability to get under the skin of pretty much every sentient being on the planet.
  • An addiction to the dirty shine of blood.
  • Speed reader.
  • No sense of morals or ethic code whatsoever. While not sociopathic, he'll still gut you like a fish without any remorse.

Character Personality:
The the world is a game; which is an excuse used by more than one soul to explain away precisely -why- they find the ideas of mundane thought to be alternately boring and hysterical or hypocritical and backwards, but it is again applied to Kirin. Take a mind gifted with a proper intellect and give it room to grow, and then introduce to it the lure that all of reality could be understood and controlled-one only had to study it from the proper angle. This mind would belong to a young boy born in the shadow of the towers of others. Yet nobody is born with ideas in their heads, therefore; watching the growth of ideas of otheres allows one to cite from an introspective viewing point.
And so is born the methods of rationalism. For those who have defined the rules of the game, or more accurately, the guidelines upon which the game can be played for reliable and accurate results. A double six, so to speak. There are twelve rules. Twelve methods of rationality that must be obeyed, ‘lest you loose your path. They are born through the experiences that one goes through as they mature, from the casual back and forth nature of a babies relationship with his mother or caregiver. Which grows into the regulation that will provided that child with the regulation required. But what happens if a child grows up without the back and forth of a mother to child? Some become violent and rough, commended for their bravery, but not lauded for their reasoning. Kirin is one such child who grew up without that guideline. So he made his own. The twelve methods of rationality, to keep himself in check and to help him understand the world around him. If not for his heritage, he might have failed on this path. But with the natural inclination of demonic nobility running in his veins, it allowed him to move past the mundaneness of emotional attachment, and develop his own freestanding image. Or images as the term might better be applied here. Twelve filters that allowed the young child to survive a dangerous world. And thus, without further ado, here are the images themselves:

The first lesson is curiosity. The vow that is made to pursue the truth in any form it may take, to scurry under the cloak of darkness and brandish it's iron rod. If but the knowledge you seek will be revealed it is well worth the effort expended.
The second virtue is relinquishment.
Do not flinch from experiences that might destroy your beliefs. The thought you cannot think controls you more than thoughts you speak aloud. Submit yourself to ordeals and test yourself in fire. Have confidence in what you hold dear and submit it time and time again to renew that confidence. Simply because what can be destroyed by the truth, should be. Ignorance in any form is weakness, this rule is often applied in addition to the lesson of curiosity.
The third lesson is lightness.
Let the winds of evidence blow you about as though you are a leaf, with no direction of your own. Beware lest you fight a rearguard retreat against the evidence, grudgingly conceding each foot of ground only when forced. This is important to be applied in fights, no such images like bravery will prevent Kirin from leaving a battle he has no hope of winning. The previous two rules are applied in conjunction with this one as well, literally functioning as the master board in terms of 'truth'.
The fourth guideline is evenness.
One who wishes to believe says, “Does the evidence permit me to believe?” One who wishes to disbelieve asks, “Does the evidence force me to believe?” Beware lest you place huge burdens of proof only on propositions you dislike, and then defend yourself by saying: “But it is good to be skeptical or cynical." You should be neither, nothing but a butterfly that only questions what he wishes to believe and why he believes it. Accusations should be internal, not external.
The fifth teaching is argument.
Those who wish to fail must first prevent their friends from helping them. Those who smile wisely and say: “I will not argue” remove themselves from help, and withdraw from the communal effort. In argument strive for exact honesty, for the sake of others and also yourself: The part of yourself that distorts what you say to others also distorts your own thoughts. Similarly, turning the other cheek to those who deserve no second blow also follows under it's jurisdiction.
The sixth virtue is empiricism.
The roots of knowledge are in observation and its fruit is prediction. What tree grows without roots? What tree spreads it’s diversity us without fruit? Do not keep all your eggs in the same basket. Spread your knowledge and diversify. It is all very well to spread your roots, but it is far more practical to begin a empire with you at it's head, and too dedicate your subordinates to gather information in different areas as you delve ever deeper.
The seventh attribute is simplicity.
Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away. Simplicity is virtuous in belief, design, planning, and justification.
When you profess a huge belief with many details, each additional detail is another chance for the belief to be wrong. Some might say that a plan should have no more then three hinge factors, others say that planning is overrated, and act on the moment. But in truth, there is no easy way about it. Change your methods to challenge the situation.
The eighth image is humility.
To be humble is to take specific actions in anticipation of your own errors, to for see your own fallibility and then do nothing about it is not humble; it is boasting of your modesty, and professing your carelessness to the world. For those who also know this lesson, they will seek you out for they can see past the façade, and peer into the circles in which you walk.
The ninth virtue is perfectionism.
The more errors you correct in yourself, the more you notice. As your mind becomes more silent, you hear more noise. Becoming one who finds the errors in others work and then fixes them. When you notice an error in yourself, this signals your readiness to seek advancement to the next level. If you tolerate the error rather than correcting it, you will not advance to the next level and you will not gain the skill to notice new errors. No one is perfect, but it is certainly a goal to aim for. Striving to walk among the stars will see you fly high even if you fall short.
The tenth virtue is precision.
One comes and says: The quantity is between 1 and 100. Another says: the quantity is between 40 and 50. If the quantity is 42 they are both correct, but the second prediction was more useful and exposed itself to a stricter test. It contains a narrower margin for error and consequently; guesswork.
What is true of one apple may not be true of another apple; thus more can be said about a single apple than about all the apples in the world. The narrowest statements slice deepest, the cutting edge of the blade. Stereotyping a single thing leads to ignorance of exceptions, which will lead to the inevitable loss of life. Simply because the exceptions are those that will stick out like sore thumbs.
The eleventh virtue is scholarship.
Study many sciences and absorb their power as your own. Each field that you consume makes you larger. If you swallow enough sciences the gaps between them will diminish and your knowledge will become a unified whole, you will begin to see the inter-linking spaces between each Art as it’s own language. The more you know, the more connections you will be able to see, the more bridges you can construct.
Before these eleven virtues is a virtue which is nameless.
“The primary thing when you take a sword in your hands is your intention to cut the enemy, whatever the means. Whenever you parry, hit, spring, strike or touch the enemy’s cutting sword, you must cut the enemy in the same movement. It is essential to attain this. If you think only of hitting, springing, striking or touching the enemy, you will not be able actually to cut him. More than anything, you must be thinking of carrying your movement through to cutting him.”-A quote from an author who has yet to be named.

Spoiler:
Yes, they were getting somewhere. Just not without the usual byplay that typically bounded between them. They each had their quirks, and these could sometimes grate against the others sensibilities or lack thereof for the two of them. Denebola would only be reluctant to play upon the current system if she had invested interest in the outcome of this scenario. Mentally shrugging, Taimat listed out the possible reasons in his head. She could be wanting personal power from this being. That was the most likely motivation for her involvement. Perhaps her own country in a new world? A small guarantee is better then none after all. Some might say that Taimat was nit-picking, she had admitted just as much. So why bother to assess whether or not she was telling the truth? Denebola lied more then she spoke truths. What could she get from lying to him? Hmm. Perhaps he needed to read between the lines a little more. Having his degree of knowledge about her character and frame of mind, Taimat knew that she wouldn't be happy being second best. While there was some measure of truth in her words, this book wouldn't be the illustrations seal that they were chasing. Unfortunately she had also just admitted to it. Without too much ulterior prompting.
Of course, the only real bone he had to pick with her was calling their minds simple. It really was a fairly grevious insult to the power of evolution. Within the human brain their are some thousand billion neurons, each of these has some hundred thousand dendrites. The end result was that there were many more pathways for a thought to go then there area stars in the universe. Some estimates put it into the trillions, but Taimat didn't feel the urge to bring it up, instead settled for sending her a slightly pained look at the comment. It really wasn't that their brains were simple. It was more that they lacked the appropriate knowledge.
"How much are you prepared to stake on that book?" It was a calm question, meaning exactly what it sounded like. How far was she prepared to go to gain an advantage over this demon? While she had certainly made a pact, he didn't recall there being stakes involved. If his memory failed him, this was as good as way as any to find out if she altered the memories in any way. There was a secondary way to check the records: to change the perspective of the pensive from third to first person. Modern pensives didn't posses that particular function anymore. Some rubbish about the viewers not being able to handle the shift. Politicians. Killjoys the lot of them.

What did catch his interest was the confirmation of the fact that Danka's parental figures were former Ravenclaws. That did catch his interest. The likelihood that the two of them had some idea of Danka's little tenant grew and the probability that they had placed it inside of him lessened. However... "That still doesn't tell me what I want to know. It can be assumed his Guardians weren't the ones to induce Danka with the demon. It may still have gotten in via Native American Magic however." Taimat sighed slightly. Not in exasperation, but in wariness of the situation they had got themselves into. They needed to fight fire with fire. Only for the purposes of dealing with the demon or shifting his anchor to a more European view point. Not host, anchor.what would be useful would be to get some background on Danka. And what was his last name? Mecha? Mancha? Something along those lines.
When Denebola sat on the throne a small grin worked is way across his face with almost no resistance. She truly could be amusing sometimes. What Taimat felt was interesting from her next statement was the origin of the being she had communicated with, however brief. And he had to agree, but according to some of her previous words..."You said that these beings have been trying to reach our dimensional plane for a couple of millennia," Taimat asked this with a duo of raised eyebrows for emphasis. "So wouldn't it become redundant to pin a nationality on it beyond the home country of it's host?"

It was however, her next tirade that caught him off guard. France? That was a little far from America wasn't it? It certainly made sense with the biblical allusions to a demonic aspect, but overall that bided well for their endeavors, typically the French used the same Latin words that all -or most- european countries tended to use. So maybe an adventure into the unknowns of American Magic could be avoided. Actually, now that Taimat thought about it, the nature of the seal itself was definitely in question with regards to the type of magic in doubt. So how did it function, was it tied to an object or an action that refreshed the integrity of the barrier. Most of the higher class wards should be able to perform like that. If they didn't Taimst would be upset.
"So does the name have any significance to our bunny?"

Please put a WIP in the topic title, and remove it when it is actually finished in order to prevent any future wasted time reading this app over and over again, expecting it to be finished.

I'm not sure if you can start out with custom techniques. Your personality is fine. But I need to consult with the Big Man before approving this. I will get back to you shortly.

Part of my Class Prower, so it's not really a tech, but a weapon. Just putting this down for the record.
